We are able to help our patients by offering a free text service to remind you of appointments that you have booked.

If you would like to be included in this service then please provide us with your mobile telephone number by using the ‘Text Reminder Service Form’

If you are already registered with the practice and we have your mobile telephone number you will automatically be included in this service.

If your are registering with the practice for the first time you will be asked if you do not wish to receive text messages to your mobile phone – please indicate if this is the case.
