You can make an appointment for travel health advice and immunisations with our Practice Nurses. Before your appointment please allow us to assess your needs by completing a travel vaccination form using our Online Services.

Some vaccinations cannot be given together and some immunisation programmes may need 6-8 weeks.
Most travel immunisations are free on the NHS but there are some vaccinations you will be asked to pay e.g. yellow fever. The Practice Nurse will be able to advise you of any charges that will apply.

If for any reason you are unable to attend your Travel Clinic appointment, please make sure you cancel it.
General travel advice is also available for you to download.
