Some statistics from our practice

During March the practice has just over 3400 online Klinik requests that were triaged.

Of these 1645 were patients, who needed to be seen, were seen on the day with many more telephoned and the issue sorted without the need for a face to face appointment.

245 of these were children 14 and under who completed the healthier together app.

There were 1815 routine or review appointments delivered by relevant practice staff.

This is before all the administration tasks of repeat prescriptions, test results, fit notes and other associated administrative tasks that the surgery needs to complete.

154 appointments that were made patients did not attend.

93% of our patients who completed the friends and family test text rated the practice good or very good.

The practice is experiencing unprecedented demand meaning patients will see the most relevant practice member in as timely a manner as possible.
