Complaints Procedure

We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. However, if you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in this practice, please let us know.

Complaints or concerns about the service you have received from the Practice, should be addressed preferably in writing to Mr Gary Hughes our Practice Manager. Please be as specific as possible.

We will thoroughly investigate your complaint and will do our best to explain what has happened and respond where necessary.

If you prefer not to discuss the matter with the practice, you may address your complaint to the local Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) who offer advice and support on all NHS services to patients, their families and carers.
